USB Device Err0r - WIN7/Vista

Are you running Vista or Windows 7 operating system? When you plug in the pod is the device not recognized?

Do you have access to a PC running Windows XP? The firmware on your pod may need to be flashed to the latest 1.41 version. Post a screen shot of your Options tab so we make sure you have an older version. An executable file to flash your pod will be emailed so that it functions correctly. If you do not have the older version and you run the executable, it could "brick" your pod.
