Pod Not Connecting
When did you first receive your Peregrine gaming glove and what operating system are you running and plan to use it with? If you are running Vista or Windows 7 the Pod you have may need a firmware flash.
To double-check before this firmware flash is completed, locate and install the Glovebox configuration software on a Windows XP PC. Plug in your Pod and wait for it to connect. Now, click the OPTIONS tab to view the "Information" section. If the section under USB is 1.40, you will need to flash your Pod's firmware and we will assist you with this.
Please post a screen shot of your "Information" screen inside the Technical Support category and a representative will assist you in flashing the Pod firmware.
