My Ring Finger & Baby Finger are inactive. None of the touch places on those fingers seems to work. I spared money for 6 years & bought Razer mouse, keyboard & The Peregrine Glove. Excuse Me but 6 years spared = wasted. Razer couldn't fix their own problems & my keyboard & mouse doesn't work. The peregrine worked tho for 2 weeks. After that I left it back into her package & it was perfectly well. The package stood like that untouched for a month. Now that I unpacked it again those 2 fingers aren't working. I know that it's none of your business & you answer only for the support of the glove but I'm so irritated! None of the razer staff members seems to care at all. They sold their product & now it's none of their business. Who cares that nothing works?..... I just want one single thing to work & I love the glove. It's such a good product on My oppinion. I'm probably the first one to own it & maybe the ONLY one to own it in this country. Please help Me with Real attention.....

    Hello Dimitar,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you're experiencing and we'll be happy to assist. Could you provide your order details such as the order number or the person's name that was used in placing the order? We'll get started from there.

Just a quick note to start this troubleshooting process. Please answer the following questions as best you can.
1.) What type of PC operating system are you using your Peregrine with?
2.) Is it a desktop or a laptop?
3.) Once the Glovebox software is installed you must run a full calibration on the glove and then start mapping your keys (check out the FAQ's on calibrating your Peregrine).
4.) Do you have access to another PC to see if you can replicate the exact same issue you're having on your PC?

Thank you for you cooperation as we work with you to resolve the issue at hand.

    Best regards,

There seemed to have been some issues with My drivers. I tweaked a little & it's all fine now. Thanks for the quick reply. :) Have a nice day.
