Thumb touch point will not work

Hello,
I was one of the original pre orders for the glove. The glove was working great after i got the Window7 professional compatible glovebox.exe thru e-mail. I had gone a while without using the glove but kept it in a safe place for the time being. Recently, i wanted to use the glove again. I noticed there was an update to glovebox. i ran the update and now the Thumb tip will not register with any of the other touch points and the thumb fat will only register with the index and middlefinger touch points. I uninstalled glovebox and the .NET 1.1 drivers and then reinstalled the newest glovebox and the original glovebox that i got thru e-mail and neither one seems to be working. I am running windows 7 x64 professional. Please advise if there are any steps to get this working again. I will try to see if this works on a windows xp system but i do not have one readily available.

We are about to release a new version of GloveBox that uses Microsoft .NET 4.0. We should literally have it up before the end of the week, it could be as soon as tomorrow. Would you be okay with waiting until we launch it to try the new installer? We have tested it with all Windows operating systems, including Windows 7 x64, with success. I think it would fix your issues.
Alternately, if you need a resolution sooner, we can arrange a support call today or tomorrow. Thanks!
