same for me now, I couldn't get them to detect/work at all, but removing USB cord nd replcing it causes them to spam nonstop, disconnectedness the pod then makes it not recognize anything again.

    Kalalooma,

I noticed that no one responded to your December post, I am really sorry about that. We didn't hear from you again, did you resolve the issue? If not please let me know if we can help.

We have seen this happen on rare occasions and it is usually due to one of four things:
1 - Glove resting on metal surface
2 - Glove resting in a position where the thumb makes contact with the fingers
    3 - Messy power supply
4 - Short circuit in the glove finger wires

1 and 2 are pretty easy - lift your glove off the desk and lay it flat on a plastic bag or piece of paper. This will eliminate the possibility of unwanted conductivity causing the glove to trigger random key presses.

3 - Do you have access to another computer? Please try the glove on another system if you can. We have seen a very small number of systems with strange power supply issues cause problems with the glove. Unwanted excess static or improper grounding can cause issues as well.

4 - Visually inspect the wires that run from the fingers to the pod on the back of the hand. Are any of them touching or really close together, especially where they connect into the pod?

Please let me know if this helps. Once I see your response we will take it from there. One way or another we will solve this so you can start enjoying your Peregrine.
