Windows 7 64 Bit Professional Peregrine Problem

I preordered one of the first peregrines. I've not been able to get my peregrine to be recognized by my computer.
I've tried downloading the 1.07 version. And even the previous versions where you had to manually install the patch. None of these have worked.
I'm currently running windows 7 professional 64 bit edition.

Is there a certain order I have to install the drivers / hardware which is different from how one would regularly install things?

    Hello Dan,
    Thank you for contacting us and we will be happy to assist you. The latest version of the Glovebox configuration software is located on the front page of the Support site for download. Earlier versions are superseded by this version.
    When you say that you haven't been able to get your Peregrine to be recognized by your computer, do you mean that once you plug it in it does not show "Connected" in the top left corner, it's only showing "Disconnected"? Do you by chance have another PC to test this on to see if you get the same results? In fact, do you have a PC (or could you gain access to a PC) that is running the Windows XP operating system? We'll need to get the Pod "Connected" so we can read the Information on the OPTIONS tab of Glovebox. What does the USB/ADC sections read in that OPTIONS tab?
